Any issues with DVD or file viewing/downloads must be communicated to us via email to admin@aquaponics.edu.au or call 61 8 72286888 where the problem will be identified and rectified to the satisfaction of the purchaser and seller.

No refund on aquaponic systems as they are all made to order and customized to suit the customer installation location.

We provide 12 months installation warranty and parts manufacturer warranty.

12 months telephone support is included with every system we install.
